Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing Coaching is incredibly powerful tool in helping you move forward if you are stuck in a rut, unable to find a way out. Or there are obstacles, for example, like negative learned behaviour that is not serving you well and having a detrimental impact on your health and wellbeing. Coaching tools can help you to move forward and tackle all those obstacles that stand in the way of you feeling your absolute best.

Together we can identify what’s getting in your way and positive, key steps to recover and get your life back on track. Coaching can empower you to overcome mental or emotional barriers that are slowing you down. This is a process that takes time, building new habits one by one in a manageable and sustainable way.

I include some of my Wellbeing Coaching techniques within my Nutritional 1:2:1 packages, however some tools need more time spent on them. Sometimes clients benefit from more in-depth coaching work, when they are feeling stuck. We review the 8 element wellness wheel with you, rating how you are feeling in different areas of your life. We work on your chosen area. Drill down to work on specific blockages or behaviour that is preventing you from feeling your best.

To feel the full benefits of Wellbeing Coaching, it is recommended that clients have a  minimum of 3 x 1 hour appointments.
