This 6-12 month package is suited for someone who has more complex health issues or would like to work with me for longer to help embed new healthy habits. I will educate, support, and empower you to manage and balance your hormones, mood, and energy in a healthy way that will support you through the PMS, Thyroid, peri-menopause, and menopause symptoms.

  • How to support your hormones during the challenging changes of midlife, so you can cope better with what life throws at you.

  • Understand what foods, will keep your energy balanced throughout the day without you feeling you need to grab that 3 p.m. chocolate bar or coffee to make it through until bedtime.

  • Understand what foods, will keep your mood balanced throughout the day without feelings of anxiety, irritability, or that you want to throttle the person that is taking an age in the grocery store checkout line. Or going from 0-10 with rage out of nowhere.

  • Learn lifestyle tools for your female toolkit that you can access easily and effectively when you are time-poor and need a quick effective solution and some TLC.

  • Learn why it can be difficult to shift that midriff weight and use nutritional and lifestyle solutions to begin to feel lighter and more comfortable in your clothes.

  • Supported at your own pace to embed new healthy habits, that will support for the rest of your life.

  • Feel more balanced, clearer-headed, have no more brain fog, and able to work through tasks much easier at work and home. Learn what you can eat and how you can support those whacky hormones.
