Hi, I'm Paula
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach, based in Glasgow. The focus of my practice is on FertilityFertility, Preconception Pregnancy, Post-Partum and Female Health, principally Thyroid, PMS, PCOS Peri-menopausal, Menopausal, and Fertility.
My clients come to me when they have hit that wall with weight gain, tiredness, and mood swings or they are trying for a baby and looking to improve their chances of conceiving naturally or through IVF. They are feeling exhausted with cravings that only seem to be satisfied with coffee or chocolate and have little or no energy for exercise. Their brain is not functioning as it previously did, making it difficult for them to focus and leaving them with feelings of anxiety and worry, and reducing self-confidence in their daily work. They sometimes experience hot flushes or night sweats adding to exhaustion and already sleepless night, the ever-growing mid rift, or their digestive system isn’t as efficient as it used to be, all issues they are desperate to be rid of.

The wellness coaching element of my support will help to motivate, educate, and support you with embedding new habits at a pace that suits you. It’s a powerful tool that enables clients to move forward and break down behaviours that are not serving them anymore. Supporting you to achieve your goals by working through any obstacles that could be in the way of your success. The outcome being that you will have embedded new positive habit changes that will support you for the rest of your life.
