What my clients say

‘We are what we eat’ - Corporate Workshop

During this session I recognised the importance of gut health for our immune system as well as our brain function too.  Understanding that your Gut and Brain are physically connected, and what you eat and drink really does affect your ‘thinking’ your ‘mood’.  Imbalances in your Gut will lead to imbalance in your brain, and it is therefore important to be mindful of the foods and diet we consume to help your overall wellbeing.  Paula provided a very informative session, with good advice on foods that support your gut and brain and the benefits.
